Fragile Charcoal

This mod does one thing and one thing only: makes charcoal piles break faster. 

Why?
In the real world, charcoal is fragile and easy to crumble, but not so in game.
<span style="text-decoration: line-through;">Also, I like to burn massive charcoal pits but picking up all the pieces layer by layer afterward at normal speed makes me want tear my hair out.</span>&nbsp;
This mod fixes that.
