Simple mod that adds Iron, Meteoric Iron, and Steel spears.
Compatible with Purposeful Storage

As a result of the Iron and Steel spear being made vanilla in 1.22 I will likely not update this mod for 1.22 depending on how 1.22 handles the changes to spears.
