BloodDrop

NPCs drop blood bottles matching their blood type and quality. V Bloods, players, and NPCs without a valid blood type do not drop blood bottles.

Configuration

After the first server launch, edit BepInEx/config/BloodDrop.cfg:

• Enabled: turns all BloodDrop drops on or off.
• DropChancePercent: chance for an eligible NPC to drop a bottle, from 0 to 100.
• DropOnFeedingKills: allows drops when feeding kills an NPC.
• EnableMinimumBloodQuality: enables the minimum blood quality requirement.
• MinimumBloodQualityPercent: only blood at or above this quality qualifies when the minimum requirement is enabled.
• EnableGuaranteedDrops: enables guaranteed drops at the configured blood quality.
• GuaranteedDropAtOrAboveQualityPercent: eligible blood at or above this quality always drops, even when normal drop chance is zero. The minimum requirement and feeding setting still apply.

Both quality options are disabled by default. Percentages accept decimals. Set GuaranteedDropAtOrAboveQualityPercent to 90 to guarantee eligible blood of 90% and above, including exactly 90%. Existing GuaranteedBloodQualityPercent values migrate automatically on startup; use the new key for future edits.

For example, enable both quality options, set the minimum to 40, the drop chance to 25, and the guarantee to 100. Blood below 40% never drops; blood from 40% to below 100% has a 25% drop chance; 100% blood always drops.

Reload configuration

After editing the file, enter !reloadblooddropconfig in game chat as an authenticated server admin (adminauth). You receive a private confirmation. The command also works while drops are disabled. You can alternatively restart the server.

Manual installation

1. Install BepInExPack V Rising 1.733.2 on the dedicated server.
2. Remove older BloodDrop or NPC Blood Drops plugin DLLs.
3. Copy BloodDrop.dll into the server's BepInEx/plugins folder.
4. Start the server.
