Does Nxeon have a Terraria server datacenter in Philippines?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise: Nxeon's two real datacenters are in Singapore and Falkenstein, Germany, and neither is close to Philippines. This page targets the Filipino Terraria audience; at checkout you pick whichever of our two regions gives you the better round-trip, and there's no hidden "local" tier we're not telling you about.
What ping will I get from Manila?
We have not measured from Manila yet, so we do not quote a ping figure for it. Our measurement tool uses public probe networks and none of them has a probe there. For context only, from other cities we did measure to our Singapore datacenter: Jakarta median 14 ms (10 measurements), Ho Chi Minh City median 44 ms (5 measurements), Tokyo median 69 ms (5 measurements), Mumbai median 63 ms (5 measurements), Sydney median 152 ms (5 measurements). Those are not Manila numbers. If you can run a quick test from your connection, our measurement method is open and we will add volunteer results to our public dataset.
Which plan do I need for Terraria in Philippines?
It depends on your group size: the smallest active plan here is recommended for 8 players, and the largest for 16. Those are sizing guides, not hard caps — start with what fits your current group and resize later in one click, no data loss.
Can I install mods or plugins on my Terraria server?
Yes. Full file access lets you install whatever Terraria's own mod or plugin ecosystem supports, or upload your own configs and world files over FTP.

Terraria comes in 2 sizes: 2 GB (recommended for about 8 players) at $4.49 a month (first term, then $6.46) and 4 GB (recommended for about 16 players) at $7.99 a month (first term, then $11.50). The picker above recommends one for your player count and mods, and you can resize later.
Will my server lag?
Your server runs on NVMe hardware in Singapore, and the size picker recommends enough memory for your players and mods. If you grow, resize from the panel in a click.
What happens if my server gets attacked?
Every game server sits behind the Nxeon Shield: five layers of DDoS filtering that scrub attack traffic before it reaches your world.
Are my worlds backed up?
Switch on scheduled backups in your server’s panel and it keeps the last 2 daily restore points, ready to roll back to.
