Is there a player limit?
No player cap from us — set your own max players in Settings. Every plan's player number is only a recommendation for smooth performance on that plan's memory and CPU; you set your server's own max players in Settings.
Which size do I need?
Empyrion: Galactic Survival comes in 3 sizes: 8 GB (recommended for about 8 players) at $14.99 a month (first term, then $21.58), 12 GB (recommended for about 11 players) at $19.99 a month (first term, then $28.78) and 16 GB (recommended for about 16 players) at $25.99 a month (first term, then $37.42). The picker above recommends one for your player count and mods, and you can resize later.
Will my server lag?
Your server runs on NVMe hardware in Singapore, and the size picker recommends enough memory for your players and mods. If you grow, resize from the panel in a click.
What happens if my server gets attacked?
Every game server sits behind the Nxeon Shield: five layers of DDoS filtering that scrub attack traffic before it reaches your world.
Are my worlds backed up?
Switch on scheduled backups in your server’s panel and it keeps the last 2 daily restore points, ready to roll back to.
Can I install mods and plugins?
