[ENHANCED] Imperial Emporium Unchained

A companion mod for Imperial Emporium which lets most of it's creatures spawn naturally on basegame maps and also modded maps / regions if those use the basegame spawnlists. Imperial Emporium is required for this mod to work.

Spawns are more rare as to not increase difficulty in early/midgame areas too much while still giving lategame players a reason to visit every region again in search of the new creatures and their loot.
