Water Priority Overhaul

Water Priority Overhaul is a mod for Core Keeper that gives you the power to customize how different water types interact and override each other in the game. By configuring the priority order of the six main water types, you can create new strategies and experiences as you explore and shape the underground world.

Disclaimer: This mod is a fixed and updated version of limoka8's CustomizeWaterPriority mod. As i can tell it was broken for some time, so i made and remastered version of it that supports setting all priority values instead of just highest.

Features

• Customizable Water Priorities: Set your own priority list for how water types spread and override each other.
• Six Selectable Water Types:
  • Dirt (Basic Water)
  • LarvaHive (Poison Water)
  • Sea (Glowing Sea Water)
  • Mold (Mold Water)
  • Crystal (Crystal Water)
  • Passage (Chromatic Water)
• Dynamic Water Interaction: Higher-priority water types will override lower-priority ones during spreading, allowing for unique environmental manipulation.
• Easy Configuration: Modify the config.cfg file to set your desired water priority order.

Configuration

1. Locate the Config File:

   • After launching the game with the mod installed, navigate to:
      

     %appdata%\LocalLow\Pugstorm\Core Keeper\Steam\[your steam id]\mods\WaterPriorityOverhaul\config.cfg

2. Edit Water Priorities:

   • Open config.cfg with a text editor.
   • You'll see entries for FirstPriority through SixthPriority.
   • Assign one of the six water types to each priority level.
      

     Default Values :

     [WaterPriority] FirstPriority = Dirt SecondPriority = Passage ThirdPriority = Crystal FourthPriority = Mold FifthPriority = Sea SixthPriority = LarvaHive
     Note: Use only the specified water types for configuration. ( Dirt (Basic Water), LarvaHive (Poison Water), Sea (Glowing Sea Water), Mold (Mold Water), Crystal (Crystal Water), and Passage (Chromatic Water) )

3. Save Changes:

   • Save the config.cfg file after making your changes.

4. Restart the Game:

   • Relaunch Core Keeper to apply the new water priority settings.
