Diesel Vehicles

A small mod to make it so that vehicles of your choosing can run on diesel instead of gasoline. By default the vanilla covered trucks and humvee are in the config, but you can easily change the config to whatever vanilla or modded vehicles you want to better fit your server.

How To Get Diesel

To get Diesel use an empty container at a fuel pump and scroll from fill with gasoline to fill with diesel (This can be enabled or disabled in the config).

I have included a jerrycan that will in spawn with diesel if you prefer the diesel to only be found or to allow players to find some in a jerrycan as well as gasoline (the vanilla jerrycan will only ever spawn with gasoline through the types.xml) the class name for this is Wilmas_DieselVehiclesCanister i have included an example types in the mod folder.

Static Fuel Tanks

There is now 2 static diesel tanks you can place "StaticObj_Wilmas_DieselFuelTank" using admin tools and will produce unlimited fuel, or via the config array using "Wilmas_DieselFuelTank" which has a limited supply of fuel up to 5000Litres (you can set the initial amount in the config) Admins can add fuel to these using Wilmas_AdminFuelTankFiller_Diesel.

Config

There will be a config file created when the server starts with the mod installed called "WilmasDieselVehicles_config.json" in your serverprofilesfolder\Wilmas (serverprofilesfolder could be called ServerProfile or SC or Config or a few other things but your should know what its called.)

You can either list individual vehicle classnames you want to be diesel, for the trucks that would be Truck_01_Covered, Truck_01_Covered_Blue, Truck_01_Covered_Orange. Or you could use the base classname the vehicle inherits from in its config as i have done in the example Truck_01_Base to make all versions that are based on this class diesel.

Annoyingly most of the vanilla cars do not have set base classes they just inherit from one of the other colours like the Gunters. If you wanted just the blue Gunter to be diesel for example you would just add Hatchback_02_Blue, if you wanted all Gunters to be diesel you would add Hatchback_02 as this is the class the Gunters inherit from but as this is also the class for the red Gunter you couldn't just have the red Gunter diesel unfortunately.

Most modded vehicles i have seen will have a base class set up like with my Datsun 240z it has Datsun240z_base which you could use to make all the 240z's diesel or you could go through and list any individually.

[hr][/hr][h2](Optional) Variants of Vanilla Vehicles With GlowPlug[/h2] I have included variants of the vanilla vehicles with the sparkplug removed and glowplug added for more realism if you wish to use them. ClassNames:

These already have DIESEL at the end of their names regardless of what "Allow_Diesel_To_Be_Added_To_End_Of_Diesel_Vehicles_Display_Names": is set to and will show in traders with Diesel at the end) the classnames DO NOT need to be listed in "Vehicles_You_Want_To_Use_Diesel": [] to use diesel fuel they are set to be diesel in the scripts.
