Features:

Earplugs (N key). Configurable from the 'unsorted' page of keybinds. Ear plugs are a simple on/off function- when enabled, volume is reduced to 20%.

Ability to access/manage inventory while running, in a vehicle or swimming. Does not allow player to move item from inventory to hands (vice versa) while swimming.

Epinephrine buff. Three minutes of unlimited stamina with a small penalty to water (-500).

Morphine buff. Five minutes of pain relief and shock reduction. Will heal a broken leg in about 3-5 minutes (depends on amount of leg shock).

Removes stamina depletion penalty. This means a player will be able to consume stamina sooner after depletion. Whatever your "staminaMinCap" in cfggameplay.json is set to, is the value in which a player can begin to use stamina after full depletion (default depletion penalty is "staminaMinCap" + 15)

Ability to jump, vault and climb regardless of gear weight. All three of those actions will require 5 stamina, but drain 20-30 stamina (if available).

Ability to combine items: bandages, sewing kits, weapon cleaning kit, sharpening stone, duct tape, garden lime & epoxy.

Ability to eat/drink while in a vehicle.

Repacking is allowed. As of fall 2023, I have no plans to continue updating this mod unless a DayZ update breaks it.
