New raid tools for the Expansion mod. Sledgehammer will now destroy 1 Gate/Wall/Door/Window in 10 minutes and is then ruined. BoltCutters will destroy 1 barbed wire barrier in 3 minutes. Both tools work in an enemy territory. Ideally server owners should make the tools rare spawns or very expensive at traders. There is a types.xml entry for the Boltcutters in the mod folder, and you can just adjust the vanilla sledgehammer types values. Plans for future - - Make action times configurable by server owners. Add some electricity to the mix :P
