What this mod does.
-Allows you to limit the amount of total panels built per territory. -Optionally allows you to limit the amount of each type of panel separately along with codelocks. -Works with any territory system that uses the vanilla flag as a base.
Settings file will load into the same folder the basebuilding setting do (LetrosBaseBuilding in profiles) Example of the settings can be found in the mods ServerFiles folder.
Server Owners be sure to go over the settings json to set how you'd like it. Load this mod after LetrosBaseBuilding
