[*]Block Actions - Prevent players from using specific items or performing actions (like deploying traps, locking doors, crafting) in certain zones / player state [*]Block Damage - Protect basebuilding objects (fences, gates, walls) from explosive or bullet/melee damage during specific zone states [*]Zone-Based Rules - Different rules for PvE zones, PvP zones, Raid zones, SafeZones, and Visual zones
