Latest building update included

Based on NorthStar Core 1.0.4, with its current frame and window updates:

• New frames offer their matching finish first. Deliberate scrolling stays selected; steel remains available in the frame list even before you have its materials.
• Opening windows support solid wood and concrete panels as well as glass. Existing saved glass windows retain their original behavior.
• Workbench kits cost 1 wooden plank and 2 nails. No hammer, hatchet or projector is required on the workbench.
• Hold J for the placement wheel. The construction HUD uses middle mouse to change category and scrolling to choose an operation.
• Current flag-kit aiming repair, completed flag placement and reusable kits. The flag kit recipe uses 3 sticks and 1 rope.

Included

Modular walls, doors, windows, floors, roofs, stairs, railings, foundations, building materials, workbench kit crafting, snapping and placement controls, building settings console, territory claims and upkeep, configurable raiding, NorthStar locks and charges, Sentinel remotes, five placeable lights, and the linked light/door switch.

Program a switch in your hands by aiming and clicking to add or remove lights and doors, then mount it on a wall. UP is ON/open; DOWN is OFF/closed. Batteries, locks and ownership still apply. See SWITCH-CONTROLS.txt and LIGHTING.txt.

Install this as your building package

No NorthStar Core, Groups, Admin Tools or other NorthStar Workshop dependency is required. Install this item on both the server and all clients. Copy the supplied public key to the server keys folder. Do not load this together with NorthStar Core, Core Experimental, or older duplicate NorthStar building/lock/support packages. They define the same item classes. Optional third-party compatibility remains conditional on the original third-party mod; those mods and their assets are not redistributed here.

Simple standalone setup

Building is enabled on first start. To grant building settings access, put the owner's approved Steam64 ID in the administrators array of profiles/NorthStarConstruction/settings.json, then restart. Press U for duty and Ctrl+X for the building console. Core's admins.json is not used for standalone permissions. Territories are optional; enable them in the console when wanted. The construction admin hammer can grant free construction when enabled, but it never grants settings access.

The download includes the current building types.xml, setup instructions and feature guides. Preserve all existing profiles and saved structures when updating; this package requires no wipe. Removing other Core systems from an existing server needs separate planning for their saved content.

Validation

Passed local DayZ server checks for standalone startup, frame choices, every new window material, crafting costs, settings access, light/door linking, save restoration and native flag placement. The standalone split has not had a new connected-client visual playtest.
