Change Notes
v2 2023-02-01 • Fixed so the mod only applies to handcuffs and not also other things, like rope, wires and duct tape. I guess I didn't do enough testing when I made this mod. Thanks to "Amicus My Wolf" for letting me know.

Installation
• Copy @NoStruggle to your servers root directory
• Copy the mods keyfile, "NoStruggle.bikey", to the servers "Keys" directory.
• Edit the bat file used to start the server and add the mod to the -mod parameter, like: "-mod="@NoStruggle;@OtherMod1;@OtherMod2" etc.
