Adds decay functionality to various storage mods to have them protected by HQ and decay along with bases.
supports:
[strike[MuchStuffPack[/strike](native support added to MSP) Storage Containers RAG Base Items Boomlay's Things Pitstop Stuff MMG Base Storage Paragon Storage(only once its made compatible, this will require further testing once that happens) (native support added to Paragon Storage)
Also supports non storage stuff like:
CannabisPlus Workbench & Drying Post LB Sleeping Bags, Virtual Garages, and Workbenches Base Fortifications
