Risky Restraints

This is a Re-Upload of WarDogs "Risky Restraints mod"

Description

Ruins items when being unrestrained from them, which also patches the duct tape duplication glitch. If you attempt to unrestrain yourself from a restraint, you will be lacerated as a punishment, so team work is key to getting out of restraints. Do note if a teammate unrestrains you from barbed wire, you still get lightly cut from the barbs. Handcuffs are not affected by this mod, they have no punishment for being unrestrained from. I might tweak this a bit more to balance out restraints a bit more based off of feedback.

Punishments for unrestraining yourself: Ductape - 1 minor laceration, no health reduction Rope - 1 minor laceration, no health reduction Metal Wire - 2 major lacerations, slight health reduction Barbed Wire - 4 major lacerations, quarter health reduction
