ABOUT THE MOD

Simply's Territory is an updated community fork of Territory Plus, built around DayZ's vanilla flagpole system.

Claim a territory, invite your friends, and control who can place objects, build, dismantle, and lower your flag. Server owners can customize territory coverage, create no-build zones, and give trusted admins access through Steam64 IDs.

FEATURES

CLAIM YOUR TERRITORY Build a flagpole, attach and raise a flag, then use the Claim territory action to become its owner.

INVITE YOUR FRIENDS Invite players to join your territory. Configure member permissions, invitation duration, and the maximum number of members.

CUSTOMIZABLE FLAG COVERAGE Choose your building protection radius and minimum distance between flags. Item persistence coverage can follow your territory radius or use a separate distance.

BUILDING PERMISSIONS Control placement, construction, dismantling, and flag lowering for members and visitors. Optionally require a claimed territory before players can build.

NO-BUILD ZONES Create blocked areas using map coordinates and a radius. Useful for traders, event areas, and other locations you want to keep clear.

ADMIN ACCESS Add Steam64 IDs to the admin list and enable a bypass for territory and no-build restrictions.

LOWERED-FLAG PROTECTION Optionally keep territory building restrictions active when a claimed flag is lowered or removed. Item persistence still requires a raised flag.

CLEAR SETTINGS Settings are generated in the server profiles folder under Simply's Territory. Inline explanations describe what each setting does, including distances, permission values, and special options.

REQUIREMENTS & SETUP

Requires CF. Install on both the server and clients. Use this mod in place of the original Territory Plus.

Stop the server before editing Settings.json, then restart to apply your changes.

Territory permissions do not remove vanilla collision, slope, tool, or material requirements. This mod controls building permissions; it does not make bases immune to bullets or explosives. Mods with their own custom building actions may need separate compatibility support.
