Butcher Balance - Hides & Pelts v14 compatible

Tired of running short on hides and pelts? Well, that's what this mod aims to fix. I did not increase the amount of meat these recipes give. 

This mod also introduces a small progression system to the butchery specialty. Level 1 can butcher tiny and small animals. Level 2 can butcher medium animals. Level 3 gets the butcher bison recipe. 

Bison have had their butcher recipe increased to 5 hides and 5 shorn wool.
Wolves have been categorized as a medium creature, and given a unique butchering recipe that gives 3 raw meat and 3 pelts. They were also given one more hitpoint, to balance them out as a medium creature. 
Medium leather carcasses now give 3 leather and medium wooly animals now give 2 leather and 3 shorn wools. 

This should be enough for most servers to have enough for the mechanics boom, and to make a lot more sense when 1 rabbit gives 1 pelt and 1 shorn wool and a bison was only giving 2 leather and 3 shorn wools. 

Just drop the AutoGen file into your mods>Usercode folder and it will sort itself out.
