Coloured Glass

This mod introduces 7 new types of coloured glass blocks, expanding the aesthetic and decorative possibilities in Eco. These new glass blocks are, of course, part of the Glassworking skill, encouraging more specialized crafting and trade among players who want to enhance their builds with vibrant, transparent materials.

Each type of colored glass comes with a new crafting recipe, using a combination of existing glass materials and coloured powders to create the unique coloured glass.

Colored Glass Blocks

• Red Glass

  • 1 Glass Block
  • 1 Iron Oxide

• Blue Glass

  • 1 Glass Block
  • 1 Blue Powder

• Green Glass

  • 1 Glass Block
  • 1 Copper Hydroxide

• Yellow Glass

  • 1 Glass Block
  • 1 Yellow Powder

• Purple Glass

  • 1 Glass Block
  • 1 Blue Powder
  • 1 Magenta Powder

• Pink Glass

  • 1 Glass Block
  • 1 Magenta Powder

• Black Glass

  • 1 Glass Block
  • 1 Charcoal Powder

Installation

Simply extract the archive into your root Eco folder, and the files will be copied into your Mods/UserCode folder.

Additional Information

• The new glass blocks function the same as standard glass but feature a distinct tinted color.

• All of the new glass blocks have the following form types for building:
  • Cube
  • Wall
  • Edge Wall
  • Edge Wall Turn (corner piece)
  • Thin Floor Bottom
  • Thin Floor Top
• Occupancy and attachment rules are all working and follow standard Eco logic rules.

Integration Notes

If you wish to integrate this mod with other mods that add glass-related crafting, you can modify their recipes to include Coloured Glass as an option for windows, lamps, or other decorative elements.
