Easier Shop Cart simplifies the material cost requirements for the Shop Cart.
By replacing Lumber with Wood Boards this makes the Shop Cart much more accessible
during the early game, when players are still getting set up, opening the opportunity
for market squares and such to develop naturally, rather than forcibly.
