The mod is based on the food mod Custom Foods Overhaul.
The mod adds a new profession: field cook. It is available initially like campfire food. The food is balanced in terms of the amount of nutrients so that it is analogous to campfire food and not higher. At each profession level, a dish is added with an emphasis on one of the nutrieshin. Crafts in the fire and on the cutting board from the Custom Foods Overhaul mod. The board is modified and therefore you need to remove it from the mod above.
All dishes are the result of their ingredients. If the dish contains tallow, then the result will be fat. The sum of the nutrients of all ingredients is the result in the dish.
