About New Farmer Tools
From mod.ioThis mod aims to start working on improving QOL for our poor farmers! This version adds 2 new tools for harvesting crops more efficiently.
Mod Objective
The main aim of this mod is to begin improving farmer's QOL throughout the game, especially before the advent of Steam Tractors. Initially it will do this through the addition of 2 new tools: the Wooden Harvest Blade and the Iron Scythe.
Both of these tools enable a player to harvest "reapable" crops more efficiently than a standard sickle. The tools are more expensive than comparable tier tools and locked behind other specialties.
You will have to forgive the crude models and icon, as this is just a first iteration while I learn to mod Eco more effectively!
Wooden Harvest Blade
An early game tool, which enables a user to reap 2 plants at once, as opposed to the 1 of a sickle. (It targets the plant aimed at and 1 directly to the right)

- 4 Hewn Logs
- 2 Leather Hides
- 1 Wooden Gear
- 10 Wood Boards
Iron Scythe
The iron scythe enables a player to harvest up to 3 separate crops with a single swing. Much more efficient than the sickle counterparts!

- 6 Lumber
- 10 Leather Hides
- 10 Leather Hides
- 1 Wooden Gear
Installation
Simply extract the archive into your root Eco folder and the files will be copied into your Mods/UserCode folder.
