Give ability to play custom sounds and videos inside Eco !

A HotWheels mod connector file exists, to use the tesla screen as an audio & video player !

/!\ The video / audio timing is not synchronized between clients. When someone connect in / join the zone where a player is, it will start the audio/video from the start.

Technical details:

The mod requires a direct URL to a .mp4 file (even for audio only). Youtube urls do not work. The URL must ends with a .mp4 !

It's not that easy to get such links, that's why the mod features a web uploader inside the web server of eco. Server admin can enable it or not. They can request validtion for all files, and limit allowed files to these files only (not other internet links). Validated uploaded files are located in WebClient\WebBin\ScreenPlayers folder. Non validated uploaded files are located in \Storage\ScreenPlayers\NonValidated. Tracking data is in \Storage\ScreenPlayers\files.json

Since 12.0.7 , a slider in the Audio settings of Eco allows you to increase or reduce the sound of mods.

Installation:

Unzip inside Mods/UserCode

/!\ Remove the file HotWheelsConnector if you do not have hotweels installed. /!\

A config file will be created after first launch in Configs folder, where you'll be able to customize some security.
