About Shipwright Rebalance v14 Compatible
From mod.ioMoves the recipes around for better flow, and adds a research paper you can make to level.
I know they recently tweaked the Shipwright skill tree, but I still think it doesn't make logical sense. This reordering makes it so that they can make the frame to level that they need for the next level ship. Does not alter them, just changes the craft level.

-Outpost netting. Increased it's max slots to 38, to incentivize it's use and make it slightly better than an EM Shipping Crate.
Also added on a recipe for shipwright to make Advanced Dendrology Papers, so they have another thing they can do to level.
Installation: Put the folder contents in the Usercode folder.
