About Balanced Updated Construction Drones
From Factorio Mod PortalAdds ground based construction robots. A modifications of Tubbles's fork of fork for my recent playthrough.
A modified version of Updated Construction Drone focus on balancing the drones so they are not better than vanilla construction drones in basically any way.
The idea is make them far less efficient than vanilla drones but remain handy performing nearby tasks and constructions.
Most of the time you won't feel much difference except you need to move around and take care of them more.
Side effect: The drones are cuter because they are more clumsy now.
- The drones are slightly larger now, the path finding will be less precise and they run into things more often.
- The drones now get crashed by cars and trains.
- The drones now stack up to 5.
- The drones are more expensive now.
- The drones no longer works on orders far away.
- The drones are slightly slower so it takes more time to catch up the player.
- The drones have less hit point and no resistance.
- The drones now get closer before starting actions.
