Merges the two DellAquila mods that add a second tier cargo wagon and fluid wagon into one with some added cools. (DoubleCargoWagon) (BigFluidWagon)

its even got a setting to make the vanilla wagon mask white!

Black wagon has 80 slots

if a mod changes the amount of slots the vanilla wagon has, tick the setting Double Cargo capacity.
