Allows you to enable/disable thrusters with circuits, as well as toggle them by hand.

Description

> once 2.1.x drops do not expect new 2.0.x mods here, mods will be slowly ported based on my needs and/or requests from the community, thx for playing!

There is no on_tick, this mod only triggers once the condition changes from true to false and back, very fast response times and no lag.
