Adds an Electrical Transformer to allow vehicles to function on battery. Original author N0TZ3R0. Modified by theSunLike to make quality transformers to create quality electric fuel.

A fork for https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ZElectricVehicles Made quality transformers produce quality fuel. Also changed default settings for fuel values to 120% acceleration 110% speed to make quality matter.

Transformer may now power all locomotives in the same train (+10% power consumption for each locomotive)

Known issue: mining a vehicle with transformer, then placing vehicle back may occasionaly make transformer stop working. Reinsert the transformer in the vehicle grid to fix the issue.
