Commands:
cl_gm_body <0 | 1 > – Enable/Disable first-person body cl_gm_body_in_vehicle <0 | 1 > – Enable/Disable first-person body in vehicles cl_gm_body_forward_distance <1 | 32 > – Adjust distance of body from player’s center position cl_gm_body_x_offset <-16 | 16 > – X offset cl_gm_body_enable_shadow <0 | 1 > – Enable body shadow cl_gm_body_shadow_darkness <1 | 4 > – Shadow darkness cl_gm_body_hands_compat < 0 | 1 > - Enable Hands SWEPs compatibility cl_gm_body_refresh – Refresh body
Advantages of this modification:
+ Fully optimized! (well, almost) + Plays all animations, like shooting and similar character movements. + Allows adjustment of body protrusion distance + I couldn’t think of anything else

Configuration is done in the Utilities tab. Under the User subsection, select First-Person Body Settings.
