Advanced Starter Kit

Player characters start with better equipment, and the starter house chest contains a settlement starter kit.

These changes significantly reduce the early game frustration of starting another playthrough for those that prefer the mid-to-late game experience, without having a major impact on gameplay difficulty or balancing. This mod is also particularly suitable for multiplayer, allowing for larger groups of players to start a new playthrough quicker and easier by providing basic resources to each player, rather than via a shared pool of resources.

• Player characters start with an iron sword, iron tools, fifty torches, ten healing potions, ten units of bread, a recipe book, and the Leather Dashers trinket.
• If the world settings allow for a starter house to spawn, this starter house's chest will contain a settlement starter kit, including a settlement flag, construction materials, torches, farmland, seeds, saplings, beds, storage chests, and basic crafting stations.
