Yes some trinkets still don't work with each other mainly for progression purposes?
there is a LimitlessTrinkets.cfg which you can set limits for incase stuff gets too broken.
(the picture is showing a lot of trinket slots is not the mod... i am using another mod to show you more possibilities.)
