New in 1.2:
- Added every floor tile as roof tile variant so you can build skylights.
- Added 2 tile layers, one for floors and one for roofs so you can now place things on floors / under roofs
New in 1.1:
- Added a bunch of modular floor tiles so you can create most patterns with them. Added a screenshot to visualize it a bit.
- Changed the Wall Window to have a round inner part so it looks a bit more distinct and interesting so people might want to use it to set accents while before it was pretty much the same as all the rest.
I suck at art but someone wanted it so here is it:
Glass Walls, Door and Floor.
These are distinct from vanilla walls, doors and floors as they feature transparency, as glass should.
This also means i had to tweak some vanilla stuff because tiles have no layers so if there is a glass floor tiles, there would be nothing underneath making the glass floor point kinda moot. thats why these are carpets instead. i havent found a different way of doing this yet without changing the whole vanilla tiling system but i felt this was a bit out of scope of what this is suppoed to add.
Same with walls, they didnt render anything below them so that had to be tweaked so that they now show the floor / ground tile below / behind.
Also, glass lets light through so thats exactly what these walls do, they essentially borrowed that feature from the window objects.
Last but not least the vanilla base tile shadow calculation is bugged because it handles vertical and horizontal connecting walls differently which looked like shit so i removed that completely. vanilla walls never see it as they are opaque
Windows can be placed and i made them so they just add new struts for some design choices.
Doors should work fine, like normal doors
There is only one issue remaining and that is multiple tiles thick walls. the issue is that vanilla tiling system for walls makes overlapping areas. for opaque walls this is irrelevant but for semi transparent walls this results in an alpha overlap in certain areas making it a bit darker than the rest. either look at it as some kind of reflection effect or just dont build multiple tiles thick walls. Also, there are 3 tiles on the sheet that i have been unable to produce. if you notice any pink tiles popping up in a certain constellation let me know so i know what they connect and can add them.
Now go and build the greenhouse of your dreams! (plants grow indoors)
