Gives NPC individual differences. NPCs can mutate to have more HPmax, but they get slower movement speed instead. Therefore, one can pick tougher guards and faster workers.
This works by reading NPC seeds without additional save data, so when you install it, even existing NPCs will be affected. When you uninstall it, the data will be reset.
