Works for b42.20+ with MP support!

It's a bicycle, hop on!

There is also a B41 version of the mod, with multiplayer support!

There's also a skateboard! And a kick scooter!

FEATURES

• A rideable bicycle that increases movement speed while equipped.
• Hold SHIFT to go faster!
• Hold Right Mouse Button or CTRL to steer using the mouse.
• Press E while near a bicycle to hop on, and press E again while riding to hop off. Can be changed to a different button in mod options.
• Riding the bicycle without holding SHIFT takes as much stamina as walking (none), and holding shift takes as much stamina as running.
• Custom interactions and animations, right click the bicycle near a fence and use the "throw bicycle" option to get it over to the other side.
• The bicycle speed can be adjusted in mod options.
• Immersive Mode toggle in mod options, with it enabled you will go slightly slower on rough surfaces like grass/gravel/sand/dirt.
• Spawns in garages, storage units, sport stores, and a few other places where it makes sense to find bicycles.
• Parts system, find attachable containers, lamps, wheels and other parts to upgrade your bike!
• Sidecars! Find them in same places as bicycles (garages, storage units, etc.) and use them to transport loot and live animals!
• Is affected by leg/foot injuries and health. If you have a broken leg or foot then you can't pedal at all.

Most issues should be resolved by placing the Bicycle at the TOP of the mod list, so try that if you're having an issue that is not listed below.

• Context menu to place bicycle in trunk might not work with some modded vehicles (tested and works with KI5 cars)

How do I attach/detach parts like containers and wheels?

Follow these instructions: -- 1. Have the parts in your main player inventory (!) NOT in a backpack/container. -- 2. Drop the bike on the floor and stand near it -- 3. Right click the bike choose "Upgrade"

Why are the bicycles spawning without wheels and I can't attach anything to the bike?

Most likely you're using Gael's Gun Store mod, or another weapon mod that interferes with the upgrade/remove upgrade actions. They cause conflicts with my mod.

Why can't I put the bike in my inventory?

You have to enable the "Allow transfer to inventory" in the mod options.

How do I use the kickstand?

Hold E to dismount with kickstand, press E to throw the bike to the ground.

How do I ring the bicycle bell?

Press Q (or your shout button if not using default)

What's the difference between street wheels and offroad wheels?

Street wheels go faster on smooth surfaces like roads, but slower on rough terrain like dirt, sand, and grass. There's also a chance to get flats if riding on rough terrain. Offroad wheels go slightly slower on smooth surfaces, but has no speed penalty and can't get flats on rough terrain.

How do I repair a flat wheel?

You can repair it with a rubber hose and tire pump, there's a recipe for it.

KNOWN ISSUES

----------------------------

• There is a vanilla bug causing custom animations to sometimes be invalidated, which makes it look like you're just holding the bicycle and can't move. This is not something I can fix unfortunately, you just have to restart the game until it works.
• Bicycles are weightless, this is by design as a workaround for engine limitations. If I make the bicycle have weight then you could end up overencumbered while riding it since it's weight would get added to what you're carrying. Unfortunately weapons are for some reason not possible to dynamically change weight of, so making them weightless is the cleanest solution.
• Unable to put more than a combined 50 weight inside containers on a bicycle. This is because of another engine limitation, since the containers are technically placed on the floor where the bicycle is they all share the same limit, so even if you have space in something you might not be able to put anything else in if it would exceed a total of 50.
