Disclaimer:
The latest update will reset your Pack Mule settings (due to code changes), this should not break any saves however equipment may not behave according to the settings you have selected. To fix this navigate to your sandbox options and readjust your settings, once the lua reloads (or game is relaunched) your settings will return. If playing single-player and you experience different settings mid-save you can fix them by downloading the [B42+]Sandbox Options mod, once in-game hit the sandbox options keybind, adjust your settings from the in-game menu, save, and relaunch. If done correctly your settings will be restored. Sorry for the game disruptions, I had to rewrite large portions of the mod to properly fix some visual bugs and hope the results out-weighs the inconvenience.
Details:
When a feature is enabled it will change the equipping behavior of all affected items without overwriting them. This allows Pack Mule to work along side most mods and can easily be added or removed from existing saves without destroying items or requiring exploring unseen cells to find new ones. No item stats or drop rates are changed unless explicitly mentioned in the Sandbox Setting's tooltips. All features from Pack Mule will behave as expected from the base game. Gear layering, combination exclusions, and alternative models have been added to avoid visual inconsistencies and to maintain game balance. All options are toggle-able meaning you could strip Pack Mule down to just a Duct Tape Ankle Holster mod if desired.
Special Thanks:
Nepenthe Nepenthe has an incredible catalogue of mods and has been tremendously kind and helpful on my journey learning to create mods, please show them your love and support!
Albion Could not for the life of me figure out how to establish Sandbox Settings without their guidance/resources, so if you enjoy being able to choose from the features of Pack Mule you have Albion to thank!
