Of course it does!

Does it work on existing saves?

Yes! Just activate it and have fun!

How do I modify car engines?

You will need the adequate level in the mechanics skill. Engines can be removed from, and reinstalled in any vehicle.

How do I repair car wrecks?

You will need to read the magazine for the type of wreck you wish to repair. Adequate levels in the mechanics, metalworking, and electricity skills, as well as some materials, are also required.
