This mod allows you to unhotwire vehicles, craft car keys, tweak every skill requirement and action duration. All options are available in the Vehicle section of the Sandbox Options menu and can be tweaked in real-time. Skill requirement descriptions update dynamically too.

What Do The Settings Do?
You can enable/disable features by toggling the "Allow" checkboxes. Skill settings specify the minimum skill needed to perform the action. "Base Duration" control how long the action takes to perform. "Scalar" change how much each skill reduces the action duration.
