This is a system that allows other mods to add their own skills. It comes with an example mod that is easy to understand, including skill books, example on adding XP and all you need to add your skill.
Do not copy the system files into your mod. Make it require this system. Feel free to copy and change the example though.
UPDATE June 2nd
Sorry for making it require Profession Framework now, but it was needed so that mods adding a skill and a profession with that skill could use both mods without issues. I will keep testing, please report if you find any bugs.
