🏃 WORKING TREADMILL & BENCHPRESS

Premium equipment-based exercises integrated into vanilla fitness:

• Treadmill - Needs electricity. Trains Fitness, Sprinting & Strength (with weight)
• Benchpress - Use a barbell or two dumbbells and train Strength
• Weight Training - Carry 50%+ weight for bonus strength XP (but exhaust faster)
• Regularity System - Consistent training pays off. The number shown next to "Run on Treadmill"/"Use Benchpress" in the context menu is your current regularity for that exercise
• Heat & Sweat - Cardio dehydrates you. Bring water!

📊 FITNESS WORKOUT OVERHAUL

Smart XP system that rewards consistent, smart training:

• Perk Level Bonus - Higher fitness/strength = faster gains
• Regularity Bonus - Train consistently for up to +50% XP
• Rested Bonus - Train without muscle soreness for bonus

Q: Can the two included mods be used separately? A: Yes. Enable either one or both.

Q: Backpacks stay on during workouts? A: Yes. This is configurable in sandbox settings.

Q: XP multiplier too high/low? A: Adjust it in sandbox settings. Set the passive multiplier to 0 to disable passive XP modification.

Q: What's the number next to "Run on Treadmill" / "Use Benchpress" in the menu? A: That's your current regularity for that exercise — train it consistently to raise it and earn the Regularity Bonus XP.

⚠️ BREAKING CHANGE — MOD ID RENAMED

The Treadmill & Benchpress mod's ID changed from FWOBenchPress&Treadmill to FWOBenchPressTreadmill (the old ID's unescaped "&" broke Linux dedicated servers). If you have this mod listed in a dedicated server's mod config or a save's mod list, you must update the old ID to the new one after updating — otherwise the mod will no longer load for that server/save.
