Replaces hairpins with actual lockpicks. Updates the loot tables so that they will be found in appropriate places. Lockpicks can now also be made with paperclips in addition to wire+blade. Increases the types of blade that can be used to turn wire into lockpicks. Rebalances skill check difficulty, should be slightly easier for low-skilled characters to open locks. Updates translations.
