Poncho spawn rarity can now be adjusted in Sandbox settings.

Can be worn in two different styles both styles with hood up or down options.
Current Colours: Green Brown Black
Ponchos can be found in Military areas, camping stores, etc.
They can also be crafted with Tailoring level 2, no learning a new recipe required. Green Ponchos can be painted black or brown without any skill level. You're only able to paint a single Poncho one time.
