MORE SHOES

New models and textures for every vanilla shoe, plus dozens of brand new shoes and boots, rebuilt for Build 42. Choose to replace the look of vanilla shoes, add the new models as separate items, or just enjoy the new footwear additions.

This experience includes the following:

NEW MODELS AND TEXTURES
THREE MODULAR OPTIONS
39 NEW SHOES AND BOOTS WITH OVER 190 COLORWAYS
JORDAN SHOEBOXES AND COLLECTION SYSTEM
VANILLA BUILD 42 FOOTWEAR MECHANICS
FLEXIBILITY THROUGH SANDBOX OPTIONS
THREE MODULAR OPTIONS

More Shoes includes three sub-mods, allowing you to choose how much of the overhaul you want in your game.

More Shoes Additions: 39 new shoes and boots with over 190 colorways, including Jordans, Converse, New Balance, Timberlands, western, punk and fashion boots, heels, and novelty slippers. Works independently or alongside either of the following options.

More Shoes VSO (Vanilla Shoes Overhaul): Replaces the appearance of 17 vanilla shoes with 13 custom models and new textures, while adding olive and woodland military boots.

More Shoes Standalone: Includes the same new looks as VSO, but adds them as 19 separate items without changing vanilla shoes.

VSO and Standalone are not compatible with each other. Choose one or neither. Additions can be used independently or alongside either option.

NEW MODELS AND TEXTURES

Every vanilla shoe has received new models and textures through the overhaul options. More Shoes Additions expands the selection with sneakers, boots, heels, slippers, and various other styles.

All footwear includes ground models for dropping and placing items in the world. Models and textures have been optimized to minimize performance impact, with considerable attention given to reducing clipping issues.

JORDAN SHOEBOXES AND COLLECTION

Jordans are obtained exclusively through shoeboxes, with one randomized pair per box. Boxes can be found in shoe stores, sporting goods stores, footwear storage, and a few rarer locations.

Colorways are distributed across four rarity categories: Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare.

The Jordan Collection can be crafted or found in the world. It allows you to browse every Jordan colorway you have discovered, including a rotating 3D preview of each pair.

Collection progress is tracked individually for each character and persists on the server in multiplayer.

VANILLA FOOTWEAR MECHANICS

All footwear has been updated to align with Build 42 mechanics and statistics. Protection, insulation, wear, holes, and patching follow the vanilla footwear systems.

Shoes are distributed alongside comparable vanilla footwear at approximately one More Shoes pair for every two vanilla pairs. Additional themed loot locations include medical storage for lab boots and bars for western boots.

SANDBOX OPTIONS

Everybody plays the game differently, so More Shoes includes several sandbox settings to adjust footwear distribution and availability.

Adjust overall More Shoes loot distribution
Enable or disable individual footwear categories
Adjust spawn amounts for sneakers, boots, fashion boots and heels, and slippers
Control Jordan shoebox availability independently
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

More Shoes was built for Build 42 and supports single player, co-op, and dedicated multiplayer servers. Compatibility with every clothing mod cannot be guaranteed, particularly when multiple mods modify the same vanilla items.

Build 42 Single Player / Multiplayer Compatible
Safe to add to an existing save
Removing the mod removes More Shoes items from the save
VSO changes vanilla shoe appearances and will conflict with mods modifying those same shoes
Removing VSO restores the original vanilla shoe appearances
VSO and Standalone should not be enabled together
Loot distribution can be adjusted through sandbox settings
