Propane Exchange Cabinets

Adds branded propane tank exchange cabinets (Fossoil, DirectFlame, Zippee's) that spawn at gas stations and Zippee's convenience stores. Stable42.20 confirmed working.

Each cabinet is a lootable container stocked with 0-6 propane tanks, weighted toward either near-full or near-empty (never a middle fill level) - similar to gas-grill tank odds, but fuller.

Sandbox options let you tune spawn chance, max tanks per cabinet, and fill-level weighting & if you want only weathered cabinets or a mixture of old and new (default behavior) to spawn.

Can be added mid-save - spawn adjusted, will check all areas when entered (even previously visited) to determine if cabinet spawn check is run - (note: for busy multi-player servers this may appear to not be working in heavy traveled areas because the scripts only run when a chunk cycles out and back).

Warning about Removal

Once any propane cabinets have been added to the world (this is the same for any mod that adds custom placed objects) you can't remove the mod without first removing all the placed instances of the object. Otherwise you will get errors. I have added some scripts to help automate some of this process, please see the Discussion topic regarding mod removal instructions. Multi-player removal is especially dangerous.

Updated Feature List: Propane cabinets can now be picked up and rotated in all directions. I also moved the default container size to be 100 from 50, seemed appropriate given it takes up the same vertical space as two stacked crates. The cabinet's model now reflects what's actually inside it - stocked cabinets show tanks on the shelves, empty ones show bare shelves, and it updates live as you loot (whether you click it, right-click it, or just walk past with your inventory open). Also gave it its own icon and "Propane Cabinet" tooltip in the inventory panel instead of the generic "Crate" one. Adds several new rural locations as possible spawn points (Echo Creek garden center). Build 42 Only: Adds craftable unbranded model to game, requires recipe from new Special edition welding magazine - currently a 25% drop chance per propane cabinet, once per save. The drop percentage and whether more than 1 magazine can drop per save is configurable in sandbox options. Build 41 : Version is now live and tested. The Propane cabinet spawns work, however the craft option has been removed for build 41 (larger changes would have been required).

Multi-player: 42 Multi-Player should now be working. 41 Multi-Player "may" be working, but I haven't had the time to test, if someone else does, let me know. Thanks!
