Reading is not boring. (for Build 41)

スキル本を読んでいるときに退屈を徐々に減らします。（ついでに悲しみとストレスも）

• 「私は解説書や技術書などを読むのは好き。退屈しない。これじゃ感情移入できない……。」
• というプレイヤー向けです。
• それ以外のプレイヤーにはお勧めしません。
• ただ減らすのが目的なら「新聞」「雑誌」「書物」などを読んだ方が早いです。
• 減少量を上回る増加理由がある場合、当然ですが減りません。
• 読書スピードを大きく変えるModと一緒に使うとバランスが崩れます。
• Build 41.78で動作確認しました。
• 他のバージョンで動くかは分かりません。
• この機能を扱う他のModと競合するかもしれません。
• media\lua\client\TimedActions\ISReadABook.lua
• このModはシングルプレイヤーモード用に作成しました。
• マルチプレイヤーモードで動く保証はありません。
• Q. 特性として追加してプレイヤーが選択できるようにしてみては？
• A. 最初にそれも考えましたが、実装が複雑になるのと、アンインストール時にゴミが残るのでやめました。

• Not recommended for other players.
• If you just want to reduce, it is faster to read "Newspaper", "Comic Book", "Book", etc.
