A small set of Homesteads located just South of the main river. They can be found East of Ekron/Lickskillet (which ever you prefer) off a gravel road. Cozy spot away from zombie spawns that is perfect for a secluded home base. Should be lore friendly but a little overpowered.
All buildings are custom made and come with appropriate loot spawns. Currently no gas spawn so fuel will still be a major obstacle.
Contains: - 2 large/medium sized muti-leveled homesteads - Farmland - Walking distance pond - Access to river - Map Integration (no mini map or map loot spawn) - Ample room for player-built structures - Lots of trees
Region spawn is avaliable
Uses cells 27x25 and 27x26
No custom tiles used, should be mod compatible with anything that does not use those cells.
