The HEMTT Vehicle Series

The Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) is an eight-wheel drive, diesel-powered, 10-short-ton (9,100 kg) tactical truck. The M977 HEMTT first entered service in 1982 with the United States Army as a replacement for the M520 Goer. The HEMTT's objective is to provide heavy transport capabilities for supply and re-supply of combat vehicles and weapons systems. Compared to earlier generation 5-ton trucks in U.S. Army service it offers increased payload and mobility. The HEMTT is available in a variety of configurations, including cargo, tanker, tractor.

The mod features three skins: Woodland, Green, and Desert.

Note : 41.72 Unstable update includes new towing optimizations that makes M870A1 trailer unstable. We can't fix it without better support for bigger vehicles.

Pros:

• Moderately well protected
• The M977 and M1220 are able to hold a huge amount of loot respectively.
• Can take a considerable beating

Cons:

• Massive
• Navigating tighter and contested areas may prove to be difficult for some
• Can get bogged down

HEMTT variants can be found scattered around the map in areas of military interest as well as areas such as train yards.

Note: The vehicles have static center wheels due to PZ limitations only correctable by the developers. We wanted the vehicle to be as controllable as possible
