Military Checkpoints: South & East of the map. Hidden Content (Easter Eggs) Unmarked Underground Shelters: Multiple fully-equipped shelters (not shown on map). Literature Stashes: 5+ hidden caches. Basements: 5+ small/medium/large subterranean areas. Optimized Outposts: 5+ well-designed resource/defense points.

Mod Notice The old item branch mod (items part) has been merged into the main mod and is no longer published. All special weapons, firearms, gear and forge recipes are included in the main mod, so there is nothing to enable or disable separately.

All loot sources can be controlled on the sandbox settings page "Willowbrook Sandbox Settings": world container loot, map room spawns, zombie drop chance (default 1 in 100,000, set 0 to disable), army camo set wear chance, police black set wear chance (military and police zombies in Willowbrook can spawn wearing the full gear set - vest, leg bag, backpack, boots, plus a cap or helmet but never both; whatever they wear can be looted from their bodies), forge recipe auto-learn, and vest, leg bag and backpack capacities.

Core map functionality remains unaffected.

Recommended Mod (Optional) They Knew b42 - Adds fixed vaccine/medical spawns in specific facilities. (Not required but enhances lore integration)
