Much to the chagrin early captains of the SV-01, the vessel turned out to be a bare bones, short range transport not ideally suited for the riggers of space travel beyond Mars. Though it was the beginning of civilian travel within the Sol system, it seemed much of the R&D budget was allocated to the SV-01's aesthetic appearance rather than performance. Competition for the civilian market was fierce, and Primatech suffered heavy losses in it's infancy. But the dreams and determination of the company's members pushed on through the struggles.

Though not much of a space faring vessel, the Eclipse may have more value as a collectors piece; many seeing restoration work or even upgrading to match her aesthetic appeal.

With skill, the SV-01 is capable of landing on a 1G planet; don't expect much else without upgrading. Just a final warning; the wings are held with Clang's Black Magic Duct Tape. If a single armour panel breaks, you will lose the majority of the wing.
