Adds secondary attacks across weapon families, quicksteps and combat help on uneven ground. Equipment returns after swimming, and archery gains recoverable arrows and aiming feedback.

Features

• Use barrages, sentinels, boomerang axes, spear rain and launch slams; bows, crossbows, staves and bombs have selectable secondary presets.
• A charge/cooldown HUD, weapon tooltips and the Secondary Attacks Compendium explain attacks and show keyboard/gamepad controls.
• Quickstep gives knives and Unarmed-skill weapons a short dash.
• Fixed or Adaptive slope assist helps melee swings connect with enemies above or below you.
• Weapons hidden while swimming return after leaving the water; equipping a one-handed weapon recalls your last shield.
• Keep Crossbow Loaded is on by default, preserving a loaded shot when you put the weapon away.
• Blood Magic rules tune summon lifetime, quality and health costs based on maximum health.
• Optional Dodge Cancel is off by default: dodge or block to cancel an attack, without refunding stamina or other paid costs.
• Recover arrows that hit terrain or objects at a 25% default chance; creature hits, water and burning arrows are excluded. Bow zoom and a draw bar help aiming.
• Yields overlapping features to mods such as SecondaryAttacks, slope-assist mods, KeepWeaponsAfterSwim and BetterArchery.

Install and settings

Install with a Valheim mod manager to resolve dependencies automatically. Settings: F8 or Esc > Meadworks; BepInEx/config/. Host/server gameplay rules apply in multiplayer. Version 0.2.18. Required on the server and every client; use matching versions. Dependencies: BepInExPack Valheim 5.4.2360, Jotunn 2.30.2, Crucible 0.3.39.
