Saga

Boss kills deepen Forsaken powers into permanent passives, while skill levels unlock combat, movement, gathering and crafting perks. A shared skill book explains your progression and other Meadworks skills.

Features

• Nearby boss kills strengthen their powers; attune one by default, or more if the host allows. Attuned activations share the longest recharge by default.
• Defense levels through blocks, parries and hits, improving health, mitigation and guarding; dodge perks add counterattacks and encumbered rolls.
• Weapon Mastery adds family-specific melee perks at level 50, plus arrow recovery, retained crossbow reload progress and magic benefits.
• Crafting perks improve equipment durability and placed-piece health, can refund consumed materials, and add a station level at Crafting 75.
• Running adds carry capacity and stamina recovery; Jumping reduces costs and fall damage, with a landing roll from level 50.
• Swimming shortens Wet effects and improves drowning survival; Riding increases mount speed and reduces damage taken by ridden mounts.
• Sneak improves quiet movement and backstabs; at level 75, Vanish can shake nearby non-boss enemies after quiet crouching away from them.
• Woodcutting rewards felling and splitting with log protection, tree chains and replanting; Mining and Foraging gain biome-scaled experience and discovery bonuses.
• Fishing adds bite bonuses, chum, fish and water senses, a tension bar and catch records through the fishlog command.
• Each skill group can be disabled separately. Death removes 5% of skills by default, scaled by the world's death penalty.

Install and settings

Install with a Valheim mod manager to resolve dependencies automatically. Settings: F8 or Esc > Meadworks; BepInEx/config/. Host/server gameplay rules apply in multiplayer. Version 0.1.23. Required on the server and every client; use matching versions. Dependencies: BepInExPack Valheim 5.4.2360, Jotunn 2.30.2, Crucible 0.3.39.
